This is very cool too. I like that you've made it in the same style as the Slytherin one :)

The link in your comment isn´t working, or is it just me?
Yeah, sadly they win most of the time, so boring.;)

Link fixed.
Yeah, during Harry's times, and esp. when Dumbledore decides to give them a helping hand to win the House Cup ;)

Welcome!:aww:
Haha, Dumbledore wasn´t partial at all, was he?;) I just re-watched The Philosopher´s Stone and I had to laugh so hard at the House Cup scene, it´s so unfair! Small wonder no one likes Harry.:XD:

Yes, poor us Slytherins should know we can *never* win...
*pouts* :(

Lol, what should we Hufflepuffs say then?;) At least you got to win seven years in a row before Harry, Dumbledore was probably annoyed by it.:XD:

Aww... you Hufflepuffs are just happy to participate ;) (j/k)
At least you have Cedric "Darling Boy" Diggory - the guy everybody loves... We Slyths are stuck with our evil reputation, what is funny at times, but also gets boring after a while ;)
Yeah, that pesky Dumbledore, taking revenge at the slightest chance! ;)

Haha, yeah that´s true though, we Hufflepuffs incorporate the olympic spirit.;) What really annoys me though: Everyone´s complaining about Slytherin´s unfair behaviour at Quidditch but that´s a small wonder when the worst punishment you get is a penalty shot. There really should be something like yellow and red cards as in football/soccer. The rules are pretty medieval, as are a lot of things in the wizarding world.:D
Yes, I can imagine you get tired sometimes of your bad reputation, just like we Hufflepuffs get tired of our reputation as care bears.:D I really wish there were less prejudices about the houses, but then again J.K. created it that way, and Harry and Co. weren´t doing much in the books to change that. Being the idealist I am I like to think that things became better during the Next Generation, more house unity and all that.:)
About Dumbledore...why was he a Gryffindor anyway? I mean he hated Muggles as a teenager and was the master of manipulation - don´t you think he should have been in your house?;)

Yeah, you Hufflepuffs don't have it easy ... :D I think that's why JK tried to compensate for that giving you a Cedric Diggory, such beloved character and that embodies qualities that could very well have placed him in Gryffindor. I think that speaks very highly of Hufflepuffs, even if it goes unnoticed with all the care-bear stereotype.

Quidditch is a contact sport, brutal and dangerous, that's what makes it great (thank God they shot a "proper" Quidditch match for Half-Blood Prince... yep, that was Quidditch in all its glory. Pity you only get to see like 2 min of it :( ). As a rugby fan and occasional player I can relate it, and that's one of the reasons why I like both sports... but yes, the rules should be implemented and cards or equivalent penalties should be used.

The reputation for being a dark-wizard factory is something you get used to although as I said, it gets boring and predictable. Still, one of the things that really annoys me about the books anti-Slytherin bias is the fact that we are supposed to believe no students from Slytherin took part in the defence of Hogwarts... Not even one? Only Professor Slughorn? I understand many students would be afraid of fighting their own parents/families (since many of Voldemort's supporters were ex-Slytherin), but I find it so hard to believe that none decided to fight for their school, to help out their Ravenclaw friends (since JK mentions Ravens and Slyths got on pretty well) in the final battle???? Also, that Parkinson cow speaks up against Harry and suddenly they are ALL traitors???? COME ON!!! *shakes head in disbelief*
Funny you mention Dumbledore... I'm sure the Hat considered the possibility of sorting him into Slytherin, since Albus was very ambitious on top of everything else you point out. Also, Dumbledore is usually compared to the most popular and greatest wizard of all times - Merlin. Well, guess what? Merlin was a Slytherin...

Sorry for the long reply... I got carried away... I just love this topic... :blushes:
