Yes, another portrait of Draco Lucius Malfoy.
This time as Hogwarts student... the Prince of Slytherin
Regarding the title: yes, Snape is a Prince, a half-blood Prince because of his mother's surname, but in this case I think Draco also deserves to be called "the Prince of Slytherin". He is rich, spoilt, beautiful, vain, manipulative, etc...
Hope this explanation prevents further pointless comments on Snape being "the real" Prince.

Here he looks more like a young Lucius (which isn't bad) and he never was that cunning and manipulative like he wanted to be (probably his father as ideal) but there for he is more emotional and i can imagine it is lots of fun with if you are amember of his circle ^^
